FTL Technology continues their role as Simrit's preferred Distributor in the UK

Seal specialist FTL Technology continues as Freudenberg Simrit's preferred distributor in the UK. Freudenberg Simrit, the global technology leader in seals and vibration control, supplies machine builders and other manufacturers with Simmerrings, ISC O-Rings, static seals, hydraulic seals and pneumatic sealing systems, bellows, special sealing products and vibration control solutions. The expertise of preferred distributors helps these products to reach a wider market. After many years of partnering in the UK market, FTL Technology became a preferred distributor back in 2005.

FTL Technology has grown from modest beginnings in 1973 to become the UK's largest supplier of sealing, bearing and engineered solutions. FTL Technology's strength lies in their 'technical expertise and instant service'. Sealing and bearing problems are looked at from first principles, and solutions designed and developed. Rather than just supply an individual component, a long term solution is developed.

The overall partnership with Simrit stretches back to 1980. Today, with its in-depth expertise, FTL Technology is far more than a trading partner or wholesaler. The company's technical specialists provide value added services for engineers and customers in all areas of manufacturing: from advising on applications and product selection to training technicians on seal installation, through to assisting users with troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
