Steve Smith Appointed Managing Director

April 2005 sees big changes at FTL Technology. Malcolm Harwood, who has been with the company for over 30 years retires and Steve Smith takes on the role of running the company.

Steve has already assumed the role of Managing Director and takes over the reins during the 6 month transitional period. The remaining Senior Management Team remain with FTL Technology and consists of:

• Bryan Wilkinson Financial Director
• Phil Todd Commercial Director
• Tony Snowdon Marketing Director

Malcolm will continue to be connected with FTL Technology as a part time non executive director
