Our Bearing Solutions Sealing know how teaches us that the life of a sealing element is dependent upon the integrity of the components immediately surrounding the seal. We are able to offer differing types of bearing products to suit particular extreme applications.
Metal backed brushes which incorporate a sintered dynamic load bearing surface incorporating PTFE or other polymers on bronze are available in many standard sizes
Where the application cannot provide or sustain any type of lubrication then we offer two solutions. A metal impregnated graphite bearing that has a working capability of up to 400¡C . Alternatively a range of rolling element bearings, modified to include an in-built high temperature solid lubricant.
